Mazda Windshield Replacement

  This Friday I had my front windshield replaced on my 2021 Genesis GV 80. After this experience, there is no other place in Atlanta I would go to to get my windshield replaced! From the time they took my order to the final installation everything was first class! It’s great to know that there are companies in America that you can still count on to do what they say they’re going to do!

  I should give a good review for this place. Tragically, some unlovable cretin broke my car window overnight. These folks were able to schedule me by early afternoon on the same day and fully replaced the window within about 20 minutes of arriving. Price was fake (less than $200) with no BS fees. So far, the replacement window is working with no issues. Great!

  We were able to get an appointment on short notice. They did a clean repair and were completed on time as promised.

  After multiple calls to other auto glass repair shops that were unproductive and often chaotic, I called Lightning Auto Glass and spoke with Jessica. From the very first call, Jessica was friendly, knowledgeable, took down my info and called me back within 10 minutes with all the needed details I was looking for. Jessica was the only person actually able to give me an exact quote while others just gave me ranges cause they couldn't tell me specifically what windshield I needed (even after providing my VIN#). Lightning also ended up being a preferred vendor of my insurance company and after setting up my claim with them, before I could even call Lightning myself, Jessica called and said she had received everything she needed and was ready to schedule a time. I was scheduled for Lighting the very next day. Drop off was easy and the replacement took much less time that I thought it would. It was done perfectly and I can't say enough good things about Lightning Auto Glass (and Jessica as well)! My only critique (and it's a small minor one) is Lightning's location. It's a small lot off a very busy road and had a very crowded parking lot making access a little difficult. I believe this is mostly due to Lightning being in such high demand making it crowded all the time! Again, this is only a minor inconvenience and well worth it for the work that was performed.

  We called early in the morning and got an appointment scheduled for only a few hours later! The receptionist was very kind and let us drop the car off 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The service was quick, only took an hour to replace a missing passenger window and the price was very fair. They charged us what was quoted over the phone.

  Fast and easy! I had a cracked window that other glass repair shops didn’t have in stock, but Lightning Auto Glass had it, and was able to get it fixed the next day. Everyone was very nice. Highly recommend.

  Is the third car that is taken care by Lightning auto glass thru the years ,good workmanship, they are not cheap but the job is done right.

  repaired the windshield $40 less than Safelite quote which didn’t even include parts. Really nice and quick done in 30 minutes

  Safelite has done windshield repairs for me in the past, and it was always a nightmare. They break things and never do the work properly. On the contrary, the folks at Lightning know their business. They got my Land Rover in and out on time, and did it perfectly the first time. I will use them exclusively for all my windshield replacements, even when I have to pay out of pocket!

  Went to the dealership for a side mirror replacement and they wanted to charge me $500. The actual part costs max $150. So glad I made the drive down the road to Lightening Auto Glass. Took about 20 min to install for a fraction of the cost. Dianna, at the front desk, was very helpful in finding the piece I needed.

  Got my windows tinted here and the guys were very professional. They took the time to explain different tint options available and also went over the legal tint limits. I got all of my car windows tinted but didn't opt for the UV protection film for the windshield at that time. However, I will be back due to the quick service, excellent prices and professional staff! My car looks amazing with the new tint!

  Had an appointment with Lightning auto glass this morning at 10:30a.m for a window repair to my driver side door and it was by far one of the best auto shops I've ever experienced in my 12 years of having vehicles, the receptionist Jessica was amazing, very polite, up on her knowledge, and very helpful! They seem to work pretty fast, i was in and out not a long wait like most auto places that keep you for hours. Its best to set an appointment. Their price and timing are on point!!

  I put off replacing my windshield because my insurer kept telling me they would not pay for OEM glass even though I did plenty of research and KNEW that non-OEM glass would not work with all the sensors and features on my Audi S7. A performance shop nearby recommended Lightning so I stopped in on a whim. They took my info, concurred I'd need OEM glass and said they could handle it no problem. Next thing I know, they had OEM glass approved. Once the glass arrived, I scheduled an appointment quickly and was in and out in under 3 hours, including calibration. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that seem personally invested in getting you taken care of.

  Great service and friendly staffs. I replaced the windshield of my Mini cooper. The windshield is third party but looks legit. I have a PeachPass sticker on my old windshield, wasn't expecting them to transfer it to the new one. But they did! What a service.

  Had an appointment with Safelite to have my front windshield replaced. The day of the appointment, Safelite calls me and gives me some excuse as to why the installer can't make it. So I called Lightning Auto Glass and they fit me in within an hour of calling. Lightning Auto Glass was not only were cheaper than Safelite but they got the job done in 30 minutes. Windshield looks exactly like original windshield and installation and quality was top notch.
